Ashley Carter
DVM
Dr. Dillson Carter earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a Master of Science in Animal Science Swine Physiology from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She also received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Dillson Carter holds a USDA Accreditation for health certificates.
Dr. Dillson Carter has special interests in the veterinary fields of Preventative Healthcare such as routine wellness, vaccines, and preventions; arthritic pain management; weight management; client education; dermatology; fear-free handling; and diagnostic imaging. Dr. Dillson Carter has had training in fear-free handling techniques and strategies. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association. In 2018, Dr. Dillson Carter received the Veterinary Social Work Award and holds a special passion for helping pet owners with difficult pet ownership struggles, such as pet loss.
Dr. Dillson Carter’s husband, Grant, and two sons, Thomas and Logan, enjoy living in the Harrison-Ooltewah area. They frequently take mini adventures to local parks and Chattanooga events. Their animal family includes four cats named Sinbad, Leo, Kida, and Helios, as well as a mix-breed dog named Watson. In her free time, Dr. Dillson Carter enjoys spending time with family, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and Disney trivia.
Sarah Rawlston

Dr. Davidson
DVM
Dr. Davidson graduated with an Associates degree in Equine Science from Hiwassee College, as well as an Associates degree in Veterinary Health Science from LMU. She earned her Doctorates of Veterinary Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Davidson’s interests lie mostly in wellness and preventive care, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery. She strives to focus on quality communication and client education that ensures her clients never leave an appointment with reservations or lingering questions. Dr. Davidson completed her Fear Free certification. She also holds a USDA Accreditation for health certificates.
Dr. Davidson and her amazing husband, Andrew, have a fur family of 3 dogs, named Mason, Dixon, and Wilson. When not at work, you can find her planning her next DIY project or cuddled up with a good book.
Holly Hall
DVM
Dr. Hall completed her undergraduate education at the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she was an active member of the college rodeo team. She went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical training at Texas A&M University. She is also USDA-accredited to issue health certificates for traveling pets and livestock.
Following graduation, Dr. Hall spent a year practicing equine medicine before transitioning to small animal general practice in Oahu, Hawaii. Over the years, she has developed special interests in soft tissue surgery, preventive care, weight management, pain management, and community outreach—particularly providing spay and neuter services to help lower-income families care for their pets. This work is especially meaningful to her, as she believes every pet deserves access to quality veterinary care, regardless of their owner’s circumstances. She is also trained in Fear Free handling techniques to ensure each visit is as calm and comfortable as possible for pets and their families.
Recently, Dr. Hall and her husband Alex moved back to North Georgia to be closer to family and the community they love. They share their home with two dogs, Idalou and Koko. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hall enjoys spending time with her husband, riding horses, working out, exploring the outdoors, and spending time at the beach or lake whenever she can. She looks forward to serving the pets of the community and providing them with compassionate, high-quality care.
Dr. Cassandra Atkinson
DVM
Dr. Atkinson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science at the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. She then earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Illinois is 2020. She has an interest in soft tissue surgery and internal medicine, especially for her feline patients!
Dr. Atkinson is married to her husband, Brian. They have two sons as well as a greyhound, 4 cats, and a bearded dragon. In her free time, she enjoys reading, outdoor activities, and tending to her plant collection.

Melanie M.
With over three years of experience in the veterinary medicine industry, Melanie is a passionate Customer Service Representative at Highway 58 Animal Hospital. She excels at educating pet owners about animal care and prevention while providing top-notch customer service.
Melanie’s home is a lively menagerie with two dogs, Laila and Mabel, a cat named Kitty, and two frogs, Wednesday and Mojo. Outside of work, she loves horseback riding, hiking, and hanging out with friends. Melanie’s vibrant personality and dedication to animal care make her an invaluable part of the team.
Courtney O.
Courtney is a dedicated Customer Service Representative at Highway 58 Animal Hospital, bringing her five years of veterinary industry experience to her role. A proud Penn Foster graduate, Courtney’s love for animals extends beyond the practice, where she cares for a lively menagerie of four cats, four dogs, five lizards, and eight chickens. Her passion for animal welfare shines through every interaction, ensuring pet owners and furry friends feel welcome and cared for. Outside of her busy work life, Courtney loves hiking and cherishes quality time with her children, making every moment an adventure.
