Ashley Carter
DVM
Dr. Dillson Carter earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a Master of Science in Animal Science Swine Physiology from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She also received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Dillson Carter holds a USDA Accreditation for health certificates.
Dr. Dillson Carter has special interests in the veterinary fields of Preventative Healthcare such as routine wellness, vaccines, and preventions; arthritic pain management; weight management; client education; dermatology; fear-free handling; and diagnostic imaging. Dr. Dillson Carter has had training in fear-free handling techniques and strategies. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association. In 2018, Dr. Dillson Carter received the Veterinary Social Work Award and holds a special passion for helping pet owners with difficult pet ownership struggles, such as pet loss.
Dr. Dillson Carter’s husband, Grant, and two sons, Thomas and Logan, enjoy living in the Harrison-Ooltewah area. They frequently take mini adventures to local parks and Chattanooga events. Their animal family includes four cats named Sinbad, Leo, Kida, and Helios, as well as a mix-breed dog named Watson. In her free time, Dr. Dillson Carter enjoys spending time with family, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and Disney trivia.
Sarah Rawlston

Dr. Davidson
DVM
Dr. Davidson graduated with an Associates degree in Equine Science from Hiwassee College, as well as an Associates degree in Veterinary Health Science from LMU. She earned her Doctorates of Veterinary Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Davidson’s interests lie mostly in wellness and preventive care, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery. She strives to focus on quality communication and client education that ensures her clients never leave an appointment with reservations or lingering questions. Dr. Davidson completed her Fear Free certification. She also holds a USDA Accreditation for health certificates.
Dr. Davidson and her amazing husband, Andrew, have a fur family of 3 dogs, named Mason, Dixon, and Wilson. When not at work, you can find her planning her next DIY project or cuddled up with a good book.
Dr. Cassandra Atkinson
DVM
Dr. Atkinson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science at the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. She then earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Illinois is 2020. She has an interest in soft tissue surgery and internal medicine, especially for her feline patients!
Dr. Atkinson is married to her husband, Brian. They have two sons as well as a greyhound, 4 cats, and a bearded dragon. In her free time, she enjoys reading, outdoor activities, and tending to her plant collection.
Kenneth B.
Kenneth is the Practice Manager at Highway 58 Animal Hospital, bringing a decade of experience in the veterinary medicine industry. A proud graduate of Dalton State College, Kenneth is committed to fostering a positive culture and environment for his team while ensuring exceptional care for clients and their beloved pets. His leadership and dedication shine through in every aspect of the practice. When he’s not at the hospital, Kenneth enjoys spending quality time with his family and staying active by playing softball and basketball. His passion for both his work and personal life makes Kenneth a valued leader at Highway 58 Animal Hospital.
Felicia M.
Meet Felicia, a sharp-eyed Veterinary Assistant at Highway 58 Animal Hospital since 2016. She prides herself in being able to spot bumps and limps from a mile away. Felicia shares her home with a lively menagerie, including Ellie, the lab mix, Louie the orange cat, Ammy the calico, Mac the grey tabby, and Billy, the brown tabby. When she’s not at the practice, Felicia loves fishing, knitting cozy creations, and taking peaceful walks with her husband and Ellie.

Sr. Veterinary Assistant
Erin is a dedicated Senior Veterinary Assistant at Highway 58 Animal Hospital since 2015. Currently enrolled in Penn Foster’s Vet Tech program, Erin’s thirst for knowledge and enthusiasm for trying new things fuel her compassionate care for pets and clients alike. At home, Erin is the proud owner of a special cat: Gabby, a resilient rescue with no teeth and a busted leg. Outside of her professional life, Erin enjoys gardening, birding, traveling, and the intricate art of cross-stitching. Her commitment to learning and her compassionate heart make her an invaluable asset to the Highway 58 team.

Meet Summer, a Licensed Veterinary Technician at Highway 58 Animal Hospital! A proud graduate of Chattanooga State, she has been dedicated to the veterinary medicine industry for three exciting years. Summer is the loving owner of Chapo, her lively pit bull who keeps her on her toes. When she’s not at the clinic, you can find Summer enjoying the thrill of live music or paddling her way through scenic waterways on her kayak. Her vibrant energy and passion for both animals and adventure make her an invaluable part of the Highway 58 team.

With six years of experience in the veterinary medicine industry, Olivia is a dedicated Senior Veterinary Assistant at Highway 58 Animal Hospital. Known for her compassionate and patient approach, she ensures every patient feels safe and cared for.
At home, Olivia’s heart belongs to her beloved Pitbull, Mumen. When she’s not at the hospital, she loves to explore the great outdoors on hiking adventures, dive into a good book, and spend quality time playing with her furry best friend.

With three years of experience in the veterinary industry, Maggie excels in bonding with anxious pets and their owners, ensuring they feel at ease. Her exceptional customer service and compassionate approach make her a standout in her field. Maggie is a proud cat mom to two adorable kitties. When she’s not at the hospital, you’ll find her enjoying outdoor activities like porch sitting and swimming, exploring new cuisines, and spending quality time with her loved ones. Maggie’s passion for animals and her warm, friendly demeanor make her an invaluable member of the Highway 58 team.

Brittany brings seven years of experience in the pet care industry to her role as a Senior Veterinary Assistant at Highway 59 Animal Hospital. She excels at building strong relationships with clients and takes pride in watching her patients grow and thrive under her care.
At home, Brittany is surrounded by her six beloved dogs: Wesson and River, who are Labradors; Lakely, a Lab/Pit mix; Hazel, a Lab/Australian Shepherd mix; and Tank and Ell, who are Pitbulls.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending her time kayaking, fishing, and hunting, embracing her love for the great outdoors.

With nine years of experience in the pet care industry, Tori is a skilled Veterinary Assistant at Highway 58 Animal Hospital. She takes great pride in her unique ability to bond with fractious, scared cats, turning fearful moments into comforting experiences.
At home, Tori is the proud owner of two charming cats, Matt and Phill. When she’s not at the hospital, she enjoys hiking through nature and indulging in relaxing cat naps.

Priscilla is a seasoned Kennel Tech with nearly a decade of experience in the pet care industry. A proud graduate of Dalton State College with a bachelor’s in biology, Priscilla is known for her patience and compassion towards both clients and their beloved pets. Her home is a lively haven, shared with three cats, two guinea pigs, and a rotating roster of foster kittens. When she’s not providing top-notch care at the kennel, Priscilla loves hitting the trails with her dog, embracing the great outdoors one hike at a time. Her dedication and warmth make her a cherished member of the pet care community.

Courtney is a dedicated Customer Service Representative at Highway 58 Animal Hospital, bringing her five years of veterinary industry experience to her role. A proud Penn Foster graduate, Courtney’s love for animals extends beyond the practice, where she cares for a lively menagerie of four cats, four dogs, five lizards, and eight chickens. Her passion for animal welfare shines through every interaction, ensuring pet owners and furry friends feel welcome and cared for. At home, Grace’s quirky pet family includes two cats, named Rooster and Goose, each adding their unique charm to her life. When she’s not working, Grace enjoys diving into a good book, exploring antique shops, and indulging in her passion for writing. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to excellent service make her a valued member of the team.
